I really had a great time making this Old MacDonald Had a Farm two page layout.

For this piece, I've used mostly patterns from Treasure Box Designs, however, if you look close, I did sneak in some Little Scraps of Heaven Designs as well,  The patterned paper if from JilliBean Soup and is in the Chicken Noodle Soup collection.

If you are interested in this layout it is available HERE on ebay until Thursday evening.

Now for my project

I've created a cute Halloween centerpiece.

The full view

A close up of my Mummy pumpkin.  Simply wrap a pumpkin with gauze and I used the eyes from the Mummy in "Ghoulishly Cute".

Here is the Frankenstein from the "Ghoulishly cute" pattern set

And the mummy (my favorite) from the same set.

I had a lot of fun making this and can't wait to see my little boy's reactions in the morning. I am sure this will be a hit!  I can only hope that I've inspired you to do something fun for Halloween!

The Lord is my Shepherd

I'm really excited about a layout that I just finished up.
Ever feel really good while you are working on a project?  I mean, not just happy that you are doing something that you love, but just an all over good feeling?

I love crafting, I love how it brings out our inner expressions and allows us to get them out there.  Whether it be on paper, through painting, molding, knitting, or any other creative means.

I hope that you have all enjoyed your weekend doing something that you love!

This layout utilizes "The Lord is My Shepherd" pattern from Little Scraps of Heaven Designs.

All my solid cardstock is by American Crafts, and the dotted swiss cardstock is by Bazzill.

If you would like to purchase this layout, it is available HERE

Thanks so much for looking.

Batty for Candy

Happy Sunday everyone.
I've been meaning to share a recent layout with all of you.  I've tried a new companies paper piecing patterns, and would love to hear what you think about how I chose to work with them.  The bat paper piecing's come from Designs on Cloud 9.  There are definitely a ton of cute patterns over here .. and at the very least head over to grab the free files.  They are published once a week, and I must say they are FANTASTIC!

Here is my layout:

All patterned paper is by Die Cuts with a view, and solid cardstock is by American crafts.

Thanks for stopping by today.
If you have any interest in purchasing this layout it is available HERE.

Thanks for looking!

Fall Hayride

Happy Fall everyone!

I don't know what it's like where you live .... but if you live in the state of Washington, did it not feel like we went from hot summer to cool Fall in a matter of a day?  I love Fall, I do!  It is my favorite time of the year.  I find myself missing my Michigan home a bit, all the trees around, the crispness in the air, and even the sunny days.  I think the sun is gone from Washington .. and the rain has arrived.  No sun in sight in the forecast... will I ever get used to this????

Well, Fall has put me in the mood for many things Fall.   I've baked pumpkin muffins already, and tried a new Apple Cider Pancake recipe today ... yum!   Now, I need a hot cup of apple cider to warm up :)

I love the colors of fall, and was feeling inspired when I made this Hayride layout this week.  Hayrides are fun!  They are!  They always take you somewhere fun ... apple picking, pumpkin picking, campfires, ..... many great places.

Here is what I have created to share with you all today.

For this layout I've used many files from Little Scraps of Heaven Designs

I hope you've enjoyed my layout.
If you are interested in purchasing it, you can find it HERE on ebay.
