Squeaky Clean

Today I'd like to share with  you a layout I made using patterns from Little Scraps of Heaven Designs.

This is a layout that I created for this weeks DT blog post.

It seems that I never have enough pics of my boys in the tub.  They simply LOVE baths .. as most children do I think.  What's not to like about splishing and splashing for what seems like hours some nights in the tub?

I would like to share with you two of my personal scrapbook pages.

I created these two pages as the FIRST page of both of my boys 'yearly' books.  This page focus's on their birth announcement.  I had their announcement printed on vellum, which I thought was really unique.  they were then layered onto a colored piece of card stock, holes punched and ribbon braided through.

I created this cute Bassinet card to share with all of you:

For the card above I used the bassinet paper piecing pattern from Little Scraps of Heaven designs, which I welded together in SCAL to make a card, some scrap Bazzil cardstock, and some pretty lace.

Spring Card to Welcome a new bundle of joy

Hello all,
I hope that Monday treated you well.  If not, it's almost over :)

As you know, Mondays are a day full of Little Scraps of Heaven's Design team inspirations.
Today, I decided to try a new technique for making a Spring Card.  I really loved this technique.  It was simple but has some SERIOUS impact!

For the paper piecings, I used the Be My Babies Collection from Little Scraps of Heaven Designs.

The patterned paper was some old stuff in my stash, and everything else was utilized from scraps or leftover embellishments that I had laying around.  Isn't that the best thing about card making?  Being able to use all your scraps and leftovers? .... Well, that's certainly my favorite part!
