To fight back ... well, at least mentally ... I picked up a stack of DCWV paper called "Creamy". It honestly is the brightest paper I've ever seen. AND ... it's super smooth ... thus the name "Creamy". It's really a great stack for Springtime layouts ... even summer!
When Tricia, over at Little Scraps of Heaven Designs, came out with the Spring Fairies pattern collection this paper popped right into my head. It was perfect! Bright, cheerful and really unique!
So with these two combinations (the neat paper and the awesome pattern), I came up with this:
